Background

Alsalam Aircraft Company has worked with Momentum since 2001 on a variety of briefs including their participation at the biennial Dubai Airshow.

Large scale receptions at high profile venues such as the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, along with this year’s management and design of their hospitality chalet are just three examples. All of which have employed the agency’s creativity and understanding of the cultural differences and needs of Saudi government related organizations.

Scope

• To create 3D designs and all technical drawings
• To identify suitable contractors and obtain estimates for all
  third party costs
• Provide design and production of all signage, graphics, audio
  visual requirements, hard and soft furnishings 
• Appoint caterers, provide menus and all chalet staffll chalet

• Provide on the ground support for the Saudi delegation and its
  guests
• Facilitate all logistics, freight and storage requirements

Results

• Momentum delivered the entire project on time and well within

  based client

  undertake meetings
