The Brief

Momentum were commissioned by Emirates Palace to design the menus and menu inserts for the hotels restaurants, including a re-brand of the exclusive Caviar Bar. The menus needed to reflect the individuality and fine dining of each restaurant while reflecting the hotels opulent surroundings.

The Approach

We wanted to take a tactile approach, focusing on unique and quality cover materials to enhance the exclusivity of each of the restaurants different dining experiences.
